Instructions for IGSA Welcome Party 2023
The IGSA team is excited to see you at the Fall Welcome Party 2023. Please follow the instructions to ensure a smooth entry to the party.
Directions:
Venue: Bethancourt Ballroom, MSC 2300
Location: Memorial Student Centre
Time: 6:30 pm CDT onwards
Date: 22nd August 2023 (Tuesday)
How to Reach:
- Gateway: Take bus 36 to Trigon. Get off at MSC
- London: Route 1: Take bus 35/40 to MSC. Get off at MSC Route 2: Take bus 36 to Trigon. Get off at Trigon. Walk to MSC
- Reveille/Z Islander: Take bus 15 to MSC. Get off at MSC
- Scandia: Take bus 26/27 to Trigon. Get off at Trigon. Walk to MSC
General instructions:
- Transfer of tickets is not allowed.
- Your ticket will be considered null and void if you cannot attend the event in 30 minutes.
What to carry:
- Ticket for the IGSA welcome party 2023
- Howdy portal login/TAMU student ID
Buses will run until midnight on Tuesday, allowing you to take your respective buses home.
